Wood Effect on Aluminium

This unit receives its profiles from powder coating plant covered with a base layer of paint. The painted profiles are then coated with a film that is colored according to the customers wish. Afterwards, profiles are thermally treated in special ovens. This process endows coated profiles with high resistance to atmospheric conditions.
Using such profiles is an investment that lasts for a long time.

  

In addition, the profiles have the following advantages:
- No maintenance is necessary. What is needed is just ordinary normal cleaning.
- The appearance is a true reproduction of the most precious kinds of wood.
