Production Process

The production process of aluminum includes many steps , which may differ depending on various applications .

Starting with the extrusion , the computerized production process goes as follows:
1- Heating aluminium billets up to 500°C.
2- Extruding the billets in a large press through special dies , thus producing different shapes of profiles to meet customers' needs.
3- Subjecting the profiles to cooling, pulling, stretching, and sawing operations.
4- sending the profiles to an ageing furnace, 180°C, to get suitable hardness, homogeneity, and electrical conductivity.
