Die Manufacturing Section

This section uses the most advanced technology needed for precise die designing and manufacturing.

The design of dies is executed by the computer program (CAD). Then, dies are processed according to the programmed operations system (CAM), which enables manufacturing dies using the computerized milling machine (CNC), that allows the tooling machines to operate optimally. Afterwards, the dies go through electrical discharge and wire cut machines.
