Aluminum Composite Panels

The product is a composite panel, consisting of two aluminum cover sheets (0.5 mm thickness for each ) and a plastic or high mineral filled core.

ALUCOBOND sheets are available in different dimensions:

  • Thickness 3, 4, 6 mm
  • Width 1000, 1250, 1500 mm
  • Length 1800 - 9000 mm

Advantages:
  • ALUCOBOND is used in building applications. It does not imply restrictions on design of construction.
  • ALUCOBOND is approved in many countries as an effective means for fire resistance in structural applications.
  • Lightness, extreme rigidity and flat surface mean low coast for fixing and supporting ALUCOBOND sheets.
  • The weight of each square meter is 5.5 kilogram.
  • Available in many colors. Special colors are produced on request.
  • Ready to be installed soon after delivery.
  • The product surface is resistant to weather conditions.
  • It dampens oscillations, so no additional isolation of walls is needed for sound reduction.
